Small business focused insurtech Foxquilt said it has launched an admitted errors & omissions product with a rollout to 10 states starting in September.
E&O is Foxquilt’s second admitted product in the U.S. along with commercial general liability.
“E&O is the first of several strategic additions to out platform as we continue building Foxquilt into a scalable, multiline commercial insurance business,” said CEO and Co-Founder Karim Jamal, in a statement.
Early in 2024, Foxquilt, a managing general agent specializing in embedded insurance technology, announced a strategic capacity relationship with specialty insurer Markel. Foxquilt said its E&O product will expand opportunities across its distribution channels, allowing its agent and broker network to access the product through Foxden, a proprietary insurance platform.
Foxden allows small business owners and the insurance professionals that support them to instantly quote and bind a policy. Through Foxden, business owners, agents, and brokers will have digital and immediate access to both of Foxquilt’s CGL and E&O products.
The E&O product will be available in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin with a nationwide rollout by the end of 2026, Foxquilt said.
